Deborah ‘Debbie’ Brim is a seasoned Commercial Senior Relationship Manager based in Paramus, NJ. 聽Over her career, Debbie has developed a strong reputation for her client鈥慺irst approach鈥攂alancing rigorous credit knowledge with a commitment to understanding each client鈥檚 unique operational and financial priorities. She collaborates closely with business owners and executives, and internal partners to structure comprehensive banking solutions that support long-term business success.

Outside of work, Debbie is known for her dedication to her community.聽 She continues to serve on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Paterson and Passaic, after serving as both President (2020-2022) and Chairperson of the Executive Committee (2022-2024).聽聽 She is a Corporate Advisory Council Member of the Interfaith Food Pantry Network and excited to join the Ramapo College Foundation Board.

She earned both an MBA and a BS in Finance from Seton Hall University. 聽She and Ed, her husband, and their two sons are both avid skiers and golfers.
