Donald Maddi, Retired Vice President, Compensation and Benefits, C.R. Bard, Inc.

Mr. Maddi retired from C.R. Bard, where he was responsible for the global compensation and benefits program including all executive compensation and equity programs.聽 During his 18-year tenure, he worked in human resources in positions with increasing management and executive responsibility.聽 Mr. Maddi is active in the community with the Diabetes Foundation and the Parents Alumni Association of Villa Walsh Academy.聽 He earned a B.A. from Rutgers University and an M.A. from Montclair State University.
