Sexual assault harms individual victims and represents the possibility of ongoing harm to others. Ramapo College does not tolerate sex or gender discrimination, including sexual misconduct such as sexual harassment and sexual assault, stalking, and intimate partner violence. These behaviors are harmful to the well-being of our community members, the learning\/working environment, and collegial relationships among our students, faculty, and staff.<\/p>\n

Report an Incident Now<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n Ramapo College strongly encourages reporting of all\u00a0incidents of sexual assault.<\/p>\n Learn About Options For Reporting<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Help is always available for victims and\/or survivors of sexual assault.<\/p>\n Get Confidential Support<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n The\u00a0Sexual Misconduct Policy prohibits all forms of sex and gender-based harassment and violence. The policy also provides reporting options, resources, and information about investigation procedures.<\/p>\n Sexual Misconduct Policy Governing Students <\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n Ramapo College regularly schedules presentations and workshops concerning sexual assault under the auspices of the Center for Student Involvement\u00a0(including the Women\u2019s Center), the Center for Health and Counseling Services, and the Public Safety Department. Sexual assault is a topic also addressed during mandatory Welcome Week programs and the mandatory First Year College Seminar. Workshop topics include the necessity of clear communication for obtaining\u00a0consent, the negative role played by alcohol and drug use and misuse, and tools for bystander intervention.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t <\/p>\n\t\t\tSexual Assault Prevention Is an Essential Component of Our Mission for Campus Safety<\/h3>\n
