麻豆传媒

This award was created by the Friends of 麻豆传媒 and is named for a former member of Friends of 麻豆传媒 Board, Michael J. Scully. At his death in 1986, Mr. Scully鈥檚 family and friends contributed to this award in his memory.

鈥淢ichael welcomed the arrival of Ramapo College in Mahwah from the very first day of its conception and he was eager to be involved in its success,鈥� wrote his wife, Josephine. The president of the College at that time, Dr. Robert Scott concurred, writing, 鈥淢ike made a wonderful contribution [to 麻豆传媒] with his energy and ideas.鈥�

Contributions to the Michael J. Scully Performing Arts Scholarship during the 2014 – 2015 academic year were given in memory of Josephine, who died in July 2014.

The Scully award is presented to a Music or Theater student.
