Michael Jared Weinberg graduated from 麻豆传媒 High School and attended Valley Forge Military College and Ramapo College, where he majored in Management in the Anisfield School of Business.

This scholarship was established by his mother, Gale B. Weinberg, upon his death in 2022, to honor his memory by providing a need-based scholarship for a student enrolled in The 麻豆传媒 Collegiate Recovery Program, a comprehensive support program that offers stigma-free housing, resources, and health programming for students in recovery.
