About Us

JUMP is a third year leadership certificate program where RCNJ juniors are able to learn about professional networking, community building, and paraprofessional skills for their journey at 麻豆传媒 and beyond.

Students who are accepted to this program are able to participate in monthly leadership workshops and earn experience with fellow junior 麻豆传媒 Roadrunners.

Participants selected for JUMP can expect to:

• Develop core leadership skills to assist with their junior year of college in preparing for their final year at 麻豆传媒
• Collaborate with fellow student leaders on reflective workshops and meetings
• Lead engaging projects focus on your leadership story
• Build skills for impacting positive change in their communities
