The Purchasing Department is committed to the efficient acquisition of quality, cost-effective products and services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and College policies. The unit works collaboratively with the College community and partners with a diverse array of vendors to advance ethical, competitive, and sustainable methods of procurement.

ANNOUNCEMENT!

Ramapo College of New Jersey has adopted an eProcurement system, provided by Unimarket. All current and new vendors will receive an email from vendormgmt@ramapo.edu to register within the Unimarket Supplier Marketplace.

Registration is completely free and will provide you with the ability to:

  • Receive orders from Ramapo College of New Jersey electronically by email
  • Submit invoices electronically and view the status of all invoices
  • Manage and share your company details securely, and provide updated supplier documents
  • View and respond to Electronic Bid Requests
